Assignments are generally possible from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The mobile service is available throughout Switzerland. After receiving your request, we will check availability and contact you with a suggested appointment time.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Materials will be charged according to actual expenditure. Parking and tunnel fees will be charged if necessary.
Please provide a parking space nearby for the service van (Fiat Ducato, diesel). Keys must be available, and a 230-volt power connection is required if needed.
On-site work is covered by the warranty, if covered. The journey will be charged separately according to the flat rate.
