To secure the growth and future of the company, we bought the real estate company WEDACO AG. This company owns, among other things, the neighbouring property of 17'000m2, several industrial halls, a two-family house and several office buildings. WEDACO AG used to be a yarn factory. Its origins go back to the year 1729.

Foundation of a holding structure - The company BUSHANDEL.ch AG now belongs to K-Holding AG.

Construction of a solar power plant on both company buildings. The annual production is over 350'000 kW/h. Two sunny days are enough to cover our electricity needs for an entire month.
